Effective 1 January 2026. This page describes what Renderell collects, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
We collect information you give us directly (account details, content and data you submit for agents to act on, messages to support), data captured automatically (usage, device, log), and data from third parties you connect (SSO providers, integrated tools your agents read or write).
We use information to operate and improve the Renderell platform, execute the agent actions you authorize, keep our systems secure, meet legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account. We do not train shared models on customer data.
Renderell relies on third-party AI providers to power agent reasoning. We work only with providers whose data-handling terms align with our enterprise commitments — content sent for inference is not retained for training and is processed under zero-retention arrangements wherever supported.
We do not sell personal information. We share data with subprocessors under contract, integrations you've authorized, parties we're legally required to disclose to, and counterparties in corporate transactions where customer data follows the customer.
Renderell processes data across regions. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent transfer mechanisms. Enterprise customers may pin data to EU, US, or APAC residency.
SOC 2 Type II controls. Encryption in transit and at rest. Tenant isolation. Role-based access control. Audit logging on every agent action. Annual penetration testing and a coordinated vulnerability disclosure program.
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, meet obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention windows are configurable for enterprise customers under their master agreement.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict use of your personal information. Email privacy@renderell.com to exercise them — we respond within statutory timelines.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. Browser controls and Global Privacy Control signals are honored where required.
Renderell is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated in advance through in-product notice and email to account administrators.
